It's good — not perfect, but good. Does what I need it to do and the build quality is decent for the price. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer though. Had to figure out a couple things on my own. Would still recommend if you're not expecting miracles.

Had a minor issue with the first unit (cosmetic, nothing functional) and their customer support sorted it out in under 24 hours with no hassle. The replacement is flawless. Product is excellent and so is the service behind it.

The unboxing experience alone is worth mentioning — everything is neatly organized and protected. But more importantly, it actually lives up to the first impression. Still works and looks like new after weeks of regular use.

Returning a product is my worst nightmare so I always over-research before buying. Read probably 50 reviews. Glad I landed on this one — it matches the description perfectly and the quality exceeded what I expected at this price point.

Upgraded from the previous model and the improvements are noticeable right away. Smoother, quieter, better build. If you're on the fence about whether the newer version is worth it — yes, it is.
