OnePlus 13

Okay so I was skeptical at first because I've been burned by online reviews before, but this thing is genuinely great. Build quality is solid, works exactly as described, and it showed up two days earlier than expected. Three weeks in and I'm still impressed.

Pros: looks great, ships fast, does the main job well. Cons: a few accessories feel cheap, and the setup process could be smoother. Net result: I'm keeping it and I'd probably buy it again, but I'd also understand someone returning it.

Had a minor issue with the first unit (cosmetic, nothing functional) and their customer support sorted it out in under 24 hours with no hassle. The replacement is flawless. Product is excellent and so is the service behind it.
